the Belle Époque Champagne Bar, which launched just before Christmas, the latest addition to Harvey Nichols’ glamorous
fifth floor is the Mahiki Rum Rooftop Terrace. Complete with palm trees, wicker chairs and a heated hut, this brand new
tropical installation has been designed by Papa Jules, creator of royal hotspot Mahiki. If it follows in its big brother’s shoes,
it’s soon to be the next celeb hangout and, with a ‘winter warmer’ menu made up exclusively of rum-based hot chocolate
cocktails, we’re struggling to think of one reason not to hotfoot it to Knightsbridge.
